Customer Engagement Manager

Job Summary: The Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to customer management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships for accounts up to 10 million USD.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and presentations to review performance and discuss future strategies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business per the goals established.
• Prepare and present reports to internal management on client engagement metrics and performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer management, large account management, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
