Business Head - SAARC

We're seeking an experienced leader to drive aggressive and profitable growth of our client's FMCG business in the SAARC region!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business strategies for FMCG brands in SAARC countries

- Lead brand marketing and sales teams to achieve budgeted targets

- Implement marketing and brand management strategies to increase brand strength

- Build and manage high-performing teams

- Evaluate opportunities for acquisition and geographical expansion

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in Business Administration

- 18+ years of experience in FMCG food or personal care. Person must have SAARC Countries experience.
