- Operational Excellence: Enhance processes to optimize efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Market Insights & Competitive Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging business models.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, finance, HR, and procurement teams to align business objectives.
Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales team, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, oversee sales forecasting, manage sales channels.
Operations: Develop and implement operational strategies, oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets and resources, implement process improvements, collaborate with other departments.
Procurement/Supply Chain: Develop and implement procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, optimize supply chain operations, negotiate contracts, manage inventory.
Finance: Oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage financial reporting, oversee treasury and cash management.
