Chief Operating Officer (COO)

- Experience: 18 to 25 years, with at least 3-4 years as a COO/CEO in a large, multi-locational, reputed organization, demonstrating a proven track record of high performance.

- Education: MBA in Marketing from a premier institute.

- Reporting to: Managing Director/Chairman

- Team: Heads of all functions (HODs)

COO Job Description:

- Lead all business verticals, including Sales, Marketing, Business Expansion, Call Centre, Customer Care, Training & Delivery, Placements, Collections, IT, HR, and Administration, to achieve organizational goals.

- Drive top-line and bottom-line performance.

- Design and implement business and growth strategies.

- Establish policies and processes that promote the company's culture and vision.

- Oversee the company's operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Lead and motivate employees to achieve or exceed organizational and revenue targets.

- Exhibit excellent people skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethics.

- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations.

- Define and streamline systems and processes for smooth organizational functioning, ensuring strict adherence.

- Collaborate with the Chairman and Directors on policy decisions to foster organizational growth.

- Demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills.
