Core IMS- O & M and Optimisation of Core network -SBC, TAS, CFX, Cloud

We are looking for O&M and Optimisation of Core network including SBC, TAS, CFX, Cloud in Nokia GDC in Chennai

Salary : Rs.55000/- to 60,000/- CTC Per month.

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. O&M and Optimisation of Core network including SBC, TAS, CFX, Cloud.

• End-to-end knowledge and co-ordination of Nokia IMS Network ,SBC such as handling of call related issue of IMS at SBC level and co-ordination with Hub location for analysis at TAS/CFX.
• Operations & Maintenance of Nokia Core IMS Network including troubleshooting, monitoring, tracing on interfaces such as Wireshark or internal system traces and logs
• Hands on experience on Nokia SBC, TAS,CFX, Router, NT HLR.
• Experience with Interfaces and Protocols such as SIP, DIAMETER, DNS, ISUP, MAP, INAP, CAMEL, etc.
• Coordination with Monitoring/ Customer/Care/ Solutions etc
• Customer Complaint Handling and first level Wireshark trace capturing and analysis.

• Exposure to 5G VOLTE & LTE network with call flow and protocols used.
• Escalation/Emergency Handling

• Co-ordinating with GDC, Care, Planning and Customer, knowledge of raising trouble ticket process, emergency handling mechanism, regular updates to customers
• Able to engage customers on technical front and contain escalations on ground level
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good Spoken and Written Skills and team player attributes
• Willing to work in after-office hours as per need/emergency
• Candidate should have relevant technical experience on Ericsson IMS Core Domain (5G Core Nodes CSCF,SBG,MTAS,IP Works, EMM.

• Knowledge on Cloud Native Architecture and experience on Microservices, Kubernetes, Dockers, Containers
• Excellent knowledge on 5G Core Nokia IMS Architecture Interface and Protocols.
• Must have Hands on Experience on Nokia 5G/LTE/VoLTE E2E call flows
• Good exposure in IMS architecture with all the nodes
• Good Understanding on Service Based Architecture concepts/Network Slicing
• Call flows of 5G / LTE like Registration, Re-Registration, De-Registration, VoLTE Call, Break-in / Break-Out, Hand-over, roaming etc.

• KPI handling for the Nokia IMS and 5G paCo nodes
• Hands on Experience with Nokia 5G Paco nodes (AMF/AUSF/UPF/NRF)
• Troubleshooting and Trace analysis of Paco 5G nodes
• Knowledge on the interfaces and logical connectivity of PaCo

• Good working knowledge with L3 Competence on Nokia CMM/CMG nodes
• Should be able to manage the Software upgrades and CR execution for the 4G/5G PaCo
• Knowledge on functional architecture of AMF/AUSF/UPF/NRF
• Knowledge on interfaces S1/S6/Gx/Gy and protocols
• Should be good in Operation and Maintenance of PaCo nodes
• Troubleshooting knowledge on PCMD / PCAP traces
