Creative Strategist (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation and execution of creative work across multiple channels.

- Manage creative milestones and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Provide direction and guidance to the creative team, ensuring high standards.

- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and content producers.

- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.

- Develop and maintain brand standards, processes, and guidelines.

- Create cohesive brand narratives and lead the development of creative campaigns across product categories.

Experience & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in digital and traditional creative roles.

- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional creative teams.

- Strong expertise in brand building, storytelling, copywriting, film, and design.

- Ability to transform abstract business challenges into clear, innovative creative solutions.

- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team.

- Knowledge of strategic positioning, target audience, and multichannel marketing.

Must Have:

- Experience working with in-house brands, particularly direct-to-consumer.

- A strong willingness to take creative risks and push boundaries.
