Job Profile for Assistant to Commercial at Region
1. Commercial Activities. :
Working under guidance of main Commercial.
(a) Accounting knowledge (Passing of Entries, Customer Reconciliation, Basic understanding on I.Tax and GST)
(b) Knowledge of BG, ABG and PBG, LC etc.
(c) Flexible to visit Customers and resolve the queries.
(d) Accepting, downloading, saving and sending documents from SAP to Customers.
(e) Follow up of collection, Payment Advices , Customer reconciliation he can do.
(f) Fill the vendor registration form as require by Customers.
(g) Prepare Petty Cash Statement monthly and send it to HO for accounting.
(h) Preparation of Delivery challan for GST Compliance.
(i) Collect B/E for Merchant Export Transactions.
(j) Sending BG request and collection of open ended BG from Customers.
2. Administrative Activities:
(a) All Hotel and Car Booking for Guest visiting BLR office.
(b) Take care of AMC Contract with A.C and other agencies.
(c) Ensure & tracking of utilities bills paid by H.O.
Education: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 3 - 4 years in Accounting / Commercial role.
Location Bangalore Office.
