Job Description
Focus on driving the commercial and documentation activities in the unit and support in collection and receivables management.
Your Responsibilities
- Issuance / Amendment / Extension / Closure of bank guarantee as per the contractual requirements in co-ordination with treasury team.
- Validation of LC s received, Submission of BOE documents and discounting of BOE s.
- Acceptance for BOE and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Focus on driving the commercial and documentation activities in the unit and support in collection and receivables management.
- Support in collections and receivables management.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and drive all other commercial activities in the unit.
- Living Hitachi Energy s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your Background
- A Masters/ bachelor s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required preferred.
- 5+ years of experience, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of commercial finance, treasury
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing unit.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
