Assistant Manager - Finance

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bank Payments: Process and reconcile bank payments, including vendor payments, employee salaries, and other transactions.
Letter of Credit (L/C): Manage and monitor L/Cs, including application, amendment, and closure.
Bank Guarantee: Obtain, manage, and monitor bank guarantees, including application, renewal, and closure.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank statements with internal records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Funds Management: Manage company funds, including cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, and investment decisions.
Accounting Entries: Prepare, review, and post accounting entries, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Audits and Reviews: Coordinate with external auditors and internal auditors to ensure smooth audits and reviews.
Requirements:
1. Qualification: MBA (Finance) from a recognized university.
2. Experience: 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar role.
3. Skills:
a) Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
b) Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
c) Experience with financial software and systems.
4. Personal Attributes:
a) Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
b) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
C) Excellent team player with leadership skills.
Added Advantage:
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in finance and accounting modules.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to implement and optimize SAP S/4 HANA financial processes.
