Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Manager
Location: Shapath V, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Reporting To: V.P. Finance

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented candidate to join us as Sr.
Manager in our finance team. Candidate must have strong educational background, including
a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or MBA in Finance or an Inter CA certification.
The Sr. Manager Finance will play a key role in supporting the financial management and
strategic project initiatives of the company. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of
experience in project finance, financial modelling, trade finance, CMA (Credit Monitoring
Arrangement), and working capital management.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Modelling/ Break-even analysis / IRR calc.:
o Develop and maintain financial models to support project finance proposal,
budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
o Analyse financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends,
opportunities, and risks.
o Break-even analysis/ XIRR analysis for projects to be undertaken or in order to
take other key decision by management 2. Banking Relationship Management
o Maintaining healthy relationship with multiple banks across multiple
companies
o Closure of terms sheet and pricing negotiation with multiple banks, along with
flexible structure and security perfection
o Ensure timely submission is being done by various accounting team for stock
statement/ stock audit data/ insurance etc. 3. Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA):
o Prepare and submit credit monitoring arrangement reports to banks and
financial institutions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
o Monitor financial covenants and compliance with loan agreements, and
communicate with lenders as necessary.
4. Working Capital Management:
o Optimize working capital management processes to maximize liquidity and
minimize financing costs via WCDL / SBLC backed Buyers Credit/ EPC etc.
o Analyse working capital metrics such as cash conversion cycle, receivables
turnover, and inventory days to identify opportunities for improvement.




o Tracking timely submission of compliance for banks and reversal of penalties
if any levied
5. Ratio Analysis and Covenant Tracking:
o Conduct comprehensive ratio analysis to evaluate financial health and
performance
o Ensuring covenants are similar across in MBA (multiple banking arrangements)
and are being monitored and adhered too
6. Trade Finance, Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee:
o Manage all aspects of letter of credit and bank guarantee trade operations,
including issuance, negotiation, and compliance, adhering to RBI circulars on
trade finance.
o Liaise with international partners and financial institutions to ensure smooth
trade finance transactions while complying with RBI norms.
o Liaise with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and
conditions for trade finance transactions esp. SBLC/ Buyers credit.
o Keeping IDPMS/ EDPMS in control for all banks/ companies.
Qualifications:
• CA, MBA in Finance from a premier institution and relevant work experience or Inter
CA with exceptionally relevant work-ex may also apply.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, trade finance, CMA, working
capital management, banking operations, financial projections, and letter of
credit/bank guarantee trade.
• Strong technical skills in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Hindustan Cera (now merged with Astron Zircon Pvt Ltd) in 1993. The group manufactures
ceramic frit (raw material used to make ceramic tiles) and liquid glass bottles.
