Manager- Accounts & Finance (Banking)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage and oversee the banking operations including Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and Overdraft facilities
🔹 Lead and coordinate successful fund-raising initiatives
🔹 Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
🔹 Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and compliance
🔹 Provide strategic input to enhance financial operations and business growth

What We're Looking For:

✔️ 10+ years of experience in banking or related financial services
✔️ Deep understanding of Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Overdrafts, and Fund Raising
✔️ Proven experience in raising funds of minimum ₹100 Cr
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔️ Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
