About The Role :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Services Associate (GSA) - Housekeeping to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a GSA - Housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional from check-in to check-out.

Maintain impeccable housekeeping standards in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and executive offices

Ensure the proper usage and security of departmental master keys and other keys to safeguard guest and hotel property

Consistently achieve and maintain cleanliness standards in assigned guest rooms to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction

Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times

Clean and prepare guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces efficiently and thoroughly

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors

Assist with special requests from guests and address their concerns in a timely manner

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols as per hotel standards and local regulations

Qualifications

Hotel Management Degree or Diploma (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures

Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Familiarity with local health and safety regulations (preferred)

Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and procedures
