Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and coding the applications, and testing and debugging them to ensure their functionality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design, build, and configure applications based on business process and application requirements.

Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Code and test applications to ensure their functionality and performance.

Debug and resolve any issues or bugs in the applications.

Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Document the application design, code, and configuration for future reference.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors in the applications.

Ensure the security and integrity of the applications and data.

Optimize the performance of the applications and identify areas for improvement.

Participate in meetings and discussions to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and building applications based on business requirements.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

Experience with database management systems and SQL.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information:

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
