Summary:As a CJA specialist, you must have a broader knowledge of the digital analytics space and a deeper understanding of Adobe AEP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics solutions. Bringing your experience implementing CJA end-to-end solutions for clients, you know what it takes to transform cross-channel datasets into meaningful metrics and visualizations. Working closely with business stakeholders, you're the go-to person for crafting insightful reports and dashboards that address critical business questions. On top of your technical expertise, you excel at leading project teams in fast paced environments and collaborating effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Lead teams to design, build, and maintain large-scale analytics solutions.2. Strategize and implement Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics solutions together with client Business and Marketing teams, Architects, and Developers.3. Define and document CJA standards, best practices, and data collection processes.4. Work with client stakeholders to determine reporting requirements and KPIs for cross-organizational use cases.5. Design and build cross-channel reports in Customer Journey Analytics to derive meaningful and actionable insights from large datasets.6. Build and maintain Data Views and Connections in CJA, work closely with AEP Data Engineers to ingest additional data sources.7. Provide best-in-class documentation and enablement.8. Articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.9. Exemplify excellent consulting skills, effective messaging, and team mentorship abilities.10. Troubleshoot platform issues as they arise within teams utilizing the technology, investigating technical details and data irregularities to help resolve.11. Manage conflicting priorities, processes, risks, and timelines across Sprint cycles, in fast paced and rapidly changing environments.
Technical Experience:1.Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing an Adobe Experience Cloud analytics product (Customer Journey Analytics)2.You are proficient in SQL, Python, or an equivalent coding language for data processing and analysis.3.You have experience implementing Adobe Real-Time CDP or Adobe Target or Adobe Analytics.Education:1.Minimum 15 years of education.
