Summary:As an Application Lead for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in AEM Sites to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM Sites applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for all AEM Sites-related activities, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications, managing project timelines and budgets effectively.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AEM Sites, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.

Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information:

The candidate should possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
