Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented efficiently and effectively, while meeting the needs of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging the code to ensure its functionality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Collaborate with the team to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and implement efficient and effective solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Test and debug code to ensure its functionality and performance.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the applications.

Provide technical guidance and support to the team members.

Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development process.

Ensure the security and integrity of the applications.

Document the design, development, and implementation processes for future reference.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Experience with integrating applications with other systems.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
