Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Lead and manage project teams effectively.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Experience in leading cross-functional project teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of service level agreement management.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
