We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Domain expert with a deep understanding of discrete manufacturing industry and technical expertise in Supply Chain Management related IT applications. This role will leverage your expertise to accelerate digital transformation journey and deploy digital manufacturing vision for our clients to deliver value through AI-led solutions, innovative experiences and smarter go-to-market strategy.Roles and Responsibilities:

Reimagine, build, and transform Supply Chain Management capability at Accenture by developing cutting edge assets, tools and methodologies, development of PoVs, research, white papers, support development of go-to-market activities and offerings.

Anchor client visits by demonstrating industry leading assets, solutions and offerings to client teams

Manage and mentor talented teams of consultants/technologists by providing guidance and actively participating in other capability development activities

Support client proposals related to Supply Chain Management capabilities by bringing in the domain and industry expertise. Contribute the solutioning team with solution designing, estimation and work breakdown.

Enable transformation in Supply Chain domain related projects to drive innovation and process excellence

Leading/working closely with business and client stakeholders to understand client pain points, diagnose problem areas and co-develop suitable assets/solutions
Professional & Technical Skills:

Minimum 10+ years of domain experience in end-to-end Supply Chain lifecycle including supply chain and demand planning, sourcing and procurement, inventory and warehouse management, outbound logistics/transportation management

Experience of working Industrial & Electrical Equipment manufacturing or Heavy Equipment manufacturing industry is mandatory

Hands-on experience of industry-leading ERP applications used in Supply Chain Management processes like SAP MM, Ariba, SD, PP, EWM, TM, APO, IBP or similar platforms from Oracle, Infor are good to have

Awareness of a few or any one of industry leading supply chain platforms like SAP S4/IBP, BlueYonder, Kinaxis, o9, OMPartners, Manhattan Associates or other specific systems / applications relevant from previous experience

End-to-end implementation experience on suite of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Infor in Supply Chain domain is good to have

Strong understanding of best practices, industry trends, regulatory changes in supply chain business processes like supply chain control tower, IoT, blockchain, and warehouse automation

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, IoT platform, advanced analytics, Agile certification (CSPO or CSM) will be an added advantage

Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills are a must

Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational and delegation skills

Be adept at collaborating in a multi-stakeholder environment handling complex digital projects engagements

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling and delivering high-quality engagements.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of overall experience. BE/BTech. MBA candidates can also be considered.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
