We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Domain expert with a deep understanding of Consumer Durables Industrial/Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry and technical expertise in Manufacturing and Operations related IT applications. This role will leverage your expertise to accelerate digital transformation journey and deploy digital manufacturing vision for our clients to deliver value through AI-led solutions, innovative experiences and smarter go-to-market strategy.Roles and Responsibilities:

Reimagine, build, and transform Manufacturing and Operations capability at Accenture by developing cutting edge assets, tools and methodologies, development of PoVs, research, white papers, support development of go-to-market activities and offerings.

Anchor client visits by demonstrating industry leading assets, solutions and offerings to client teams

Manage and mentor talented teams of consultants/technologists by providing guidance and actively participating in other capability development activities

Support client proposals related to Manufacturing and Operations Capabilities by bringing in the domain and industry expertise. Contribute the solutioning team with solution designing, estimation and work breakdown.

Enable transformation in manufacturing domain related projects to drive innovation and process excellence

Leading/working closely with business and client stakeholders to understand client pain points, diagnose problem areas and co-develop suitable assets/solutions
Professional & Technical Skills:

Minimum 10+ years of domain experience in end-to-end Manufacturing lifecycle including production planning, sourcing and procurement, manufacturing execution and plant maintenance

Experience in Industrial or Automotive component manufacturing Industry is mandatory

Deep experience with shop floor control, MRP, VC routing, batch management & handling, unit management, shelf-life planning, safety stock planning, quality management and contract manufacturing.

Hands-on experience of industry-leading ERP applications used in Manufacturing processes like SAP PP, QM, EWM, MM, PS, PPM, PM, PPDS/APO or similar platforms from Oracle, Infor are good to have

Deep understanding of Consumer Durables or Industrial/Automotive component manufacturing value chain like vendor managed inventories, digital thread, B2B to B2C engagement etc.

Working experience on MES and integration between MES and ERP systems

Strong knowledge in setting up various kind of planning processes (Make to Stock, MTO, ETO, CTO) and integration with other planning solution i.e., IBP, APO & third-party planning solutions

Strong understanding of best practices, industry trends, regulatory changes in manufacturing business processes

Good to have knowledge of digital manufacturing, IoT platforms, manufacturing automation, connected factory

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, IoT platform, advanced analytics, Agile certification (CSPO or CSM) will be an added advantage.

Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills are a must

Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational and delegation skills

Be adept at collaborating in a multi-stakeholder environment handling complex digital projects engagements

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling and delivering high-quality engagements.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of overall experience. BE/BTech. MBA candidates can also be considered.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
