We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Construction Domain expert to bring industry knowledge, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the capital projects industry. This role will leverage your expertise to drive digital transformation, optimize business processes, and develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.Roles and Responsibilities:

Reimagine, build, and transform Engineering and Construction capability at Accenture by developing cutting edge assets, tools and methodologies, development of PoVs, research, white papers, support development of go-to-market activities and offerings.

Anchor client visits by demonstrating industry leading assets, solutions and offerings to client teams

Manage and mentor talented teams of consultants/technologists by providing guidance and actively participating in other capability development activities

Support client proposals related to Engineering and Construction capabilities by bringing in the domain and industry expertise. Contribute the solutioning team with solution designing, estimation and work breakdown.

Enable transformation in Engineering and Construction domain related projects to drive innovation and process excellence across the project life cycle i.e., engineering, planning and execution, procurement & supply chain, construction management, commissioning planning & execution, budget and cost monitoring, contract lifecycle management etc.

Leading/working closely with business and client stakeholders to understand client pain points, diagnose problem areas and co-develop suitable assets/solutions
Professional & Technical Skills:

Minimum 10+ years of Functional Processes/Domain experience across the Engineering and Construction value chain - engineering, planning and execution, procurement & supply chain, construction, commissioning planning & execution, budget and cost monitoring, contract lifecycle management etc.

End-to-end knowledge of project planning, monitoring and control (cost and / or schedule) from conceptualization to commissioning across Industries

Experience in delivering large-scale capital projects across Industry groups & geographies is good to have

Hands on experience & profound knowledge of working on engineering applications that cater to key business processes i.e., BIM, CAD/CAM, construction management, project and contract management, cost estimation and surveying, ERP and EDMS is good to have

Strong understanding of best practices, industry trends, regulatory changes in Engineering and Construction business processes

Good understanding of emerging technologies in Engineering and Construction like BIM, Connected Construction, Digital Twin, Generative Design etc.

Experience in Solutioning & Implementation of engineering and construction related application across various Industries & geographies is good to have

Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills are a must

Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational and delegation skills

Be adept at collaborating in a multi-stakeholder environment handling complex digital projects engagements

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling and delivering high-quality engagements.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of overall experience. BE/BTech. MBA candidates can also be considered.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.-15 years full time education is required.
