  • What would you do?
    Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs1.Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy2.Develop and update job descriptions and job specification3.Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives4.Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc5.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.6.Screen candidates resumes and job applications7.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule8.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team9.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processCandidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International Market10.Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 11.Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition12.Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications13.Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) 14.Scheduling supportIn Talent Identification and Definition you will be assessing current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

  • 1.In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Accenture Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) & does whatever is needed to complete the task on time and error free2. Drive Operational Excellence within Team and support OE Focal. Liaise with Operational Excellence Team as required3.Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible4.Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client.5.Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically6.Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon7.Assist Team with performing â"Root Cause Analysisâ" on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions8.Support in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process, as required


    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
  • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
  • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
