Position:

We’re looking for a Sourcer who can partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our global businesses

Working with the International Talent Acquisition team, the role is mainly focused on supporting Talent Acquisition strategic objectives including supporting target achievement and better performance

Responsibilities:

You will be reaching out to candidates on a variety of platforms to gain their interest working for GUS

This will include but not limited to; LinkedIn messaging, branded posts on social media etc, You will closely manage the data on the recruitment pipeline on an ongoing basis

We expect a high level of attention to detail for this

You will ensure candidates are contacted, guided and encouraged throughout the recruitment cycle and will own the candidate management process along with related paperwork & documentation

You will work on conversion and progression timeline targets, in order to achieve your work within precise time limits

Reply to enquiry and support in representing our brand

Actively understand what is happening and proactively process information as to update and share information with the line management and recruiters

Data analysis and data management, help keep abreast the team targets and KPIs for the team

Help to support all Talent Acquisition project and strategic work as needed

Requirements:

Minimum graduate degree from a recognized university

3+ years’ experience working as a coordinator/sourcer in recruitment

Proficient in Excel

Proficient with LinkedIn recruiter

Proactive, can-do attitude, and achievement driven,self-motivated

Should be organized, confident and self-disciplined

Excellent interpersonal skills

Customer focused, including professional credibility, relationship building and influencing

Have effective analysis and problem-solving skills

Work well under minimum supervision and be able to produce reports and information when requested

You will need have great attention to detail

Solid understanding of Candidate Management Processes

CRM or ATS knowledge would be an advantage

Other information:

Please note this position is only available on our Consultancy Agreement
