Analyze and synthetize the briefings (document stating the company s needs) written by the consultant and/or the client elaborating on the challenges within the job
Search for potential candidates profiles, suggest a sourcing strategy: advertisements, media, direct approach
Sort and select CVs
Collaborate with the recruitment specialist and specify the profiles that are needed,
Publish announcements on different job boards,
Sort CVs,
Search for the adequate profiles on CV database, relational networks and in school relations,
Contact candidates by phone, present our offers and evaluate the interviewee according to our selection criteria (linguistics skills, motivations, qualification ),
Prepare summaries about for the phone interviews,
Propose which candidates are pre-qualified,
Collaborate with the recruitment specialist to run follow-ups on the recruitment files until the person is hired,
Update candidates files,

Proficiency in English,
Dynamic and curious,
Very persuasive and rigorous,
Analytical and synthetic mindset,
Excellent communication and organizational skills,
Hands on experience with IT tools (Internet, Office ) and the main social networks.
