Position description: The role will require proactively identifying candidates through different sourcing techniques, mainly LinkedIn. The TA Sourcing Specialist has two principal responsibilities: sourcing candidates which include developing proactive recruitment marketing activities, building robust candidate pipelines, conducting phone screens, reviewing CVs as well as providing coordination support including scheduling interviews, posting job adverts, and maintaining candidates databases.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Sources candidates through a variety of channels including direct sourcing (LinkedIn), job boards, networking, social media, etc.
• • Runs the initial hiring stages including reviewing CVs, phone screens, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• • Works closely with TA Managers and Hiring Managers to ensure a clear understanding of skillsets, requirements and experience needed for identified roles
• • Also collaborates with TA team members on different recruitment projects, candidate experience, candidate pipeline, recognition, reporting, development, and hiring managers education.
