Job Description

As an Associate Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with the product management team to help develop, manage, and improve our educational products. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how to navigate the entire product lifecycle from ideation and market research to product launch and iteration. You will contribute to shaping products that are central to our mission of making education more accessible, engaging, and effective.

Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting market research, user surveys, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and execute product features and releases.
Help in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company s overall strategy.
Participate in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, feature requirements, and user journey maps.
Track product performance metrics and user feedback to suggest improvements and new features.
Support the Product Manager in managing timelines, deliverables, and the coordination of product development processes.
Contribute to user experience (UX) testing and beta-testing phases for product iterations.
Stay updated with the latest trends in educational technology and bring new ideas to the table.

Pursuing an MBA with a completed BTech degree in a related field.
Good knowledge of SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Basic understanding of Software development Life Cycle.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, reports, and presentations.
Strong interest in product management and a passion for educational technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, or other project management tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and an analytical mindset.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges.
