About the Role
As the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Academically Global, you will be responsible for driving growth, sales, marketing, and expansion initiatives to ensure we continue empowering healthcare professionals worldwide through foreign licensing exam coaching, study abroad services, and career migration support.
Key Responsibilities 1 Develop & Execute Marketing & Sales Strategies Design and implement a 360-degree marketing strategy for B2A, B2B, and B2C segments to boost brand awareness and revenue growth.
Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution of ATL & BTL activities.
Optimize the sales funnel for higher conversion and streamline inside sales operations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance and overall profitability.
Lead the expansion of experience centers across multiple cities, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
Oversee the launch and growth of new business verticals, including:
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales, marketing, and business development teams.
Provide strategic leadership across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with product development, operations, and customer support to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to shape business strategies.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and revenue generation.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Healthcare, Medical, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA from a premier institute is a plus.
Experience: 10+ years in EdTech, healthcare education, business expansion, and marketing, with a strong focus on B2A, B2B, and B2C sales.
Leadership: Proven track record of scaling businesses, managing cross-functional teams, and driving high-growth initiatives.
Sales & Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of inside sales, experience center expansion, and ATL/BTL activities.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Hands-on leadership with expertise in P&L ownership, revenue generation, and process optimization.
Startup Experience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and execute growth-driven strategies.
