Academic Head for Medical Science Courses (MBBS + MD/MS)!

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Academic Head for Medical Science Courses to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have an MBBS + MD (Community Medicine / Pharmacology / Pathology / Biochemistry / any other branch) from a premier institute like AIIMS/PGI and be NEET qualified. With a proven track record in academia and a keen interest in leveraging technology, youll play a crucial role in preparing students for global medical licensing exams (AMC/USMLE/PLAB/ADC, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Education: MBBS + MD (Community Medicine / Pharmacology / Pathology / Biochemistry / any other branch).
- 5-10 years of experience in teaching, content preparation/moderation, and administration.
- Proven academic leadership experience, preferably in medical education.
- Strong understanding of current healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in curriculum development and online education is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:
- Lead the creation of comprehensive, industry-relevant curriculum for our medical sciences courses.
- Ensure the curriculum meets the highest standards and addresses the evolving needs of international medical exams.
2.Faculty Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of expert medical faculty members.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence and guide faculty to deliver engaging, effective instruction.
3.Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to deliver top-notch educational content.
- Continuously monitor and improve course quality, student feedback, and performance metrics.
4.Technology Integration:
- Collaborate with the technology team to integrate advanced educational technologies.
- Enhance the learning experience with interactive teaching methods and seamless course material delivery.
5.Strategic Partnerships:
- Establish and nurture partnerships with healthcare industry leaders and research institutions.
- Enhance the curriculum with real-world insights and foster professional development opportunities for students.
6.Student Engagement:
- Develop strategies to boost student engagement and create a dynamic learning environment.
- Initiate events, resources, and activities that promote active participation, peer interaction, and student success.
