Job Description

Location: Hyderabad
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Center Manager to oversee the operations of our experience center in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of managing customer acquisition funnels. Proficiency in the local language is mandatory to engage effectively with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
Drive B2C sales by effectively managing the end-to-end funnel, from walk-ins to closures.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure performance excellence.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.
3. Operational Excellence:
Oversee the daily operations of the experience center, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Implement strategies to improve footfall and enhance the overall customer journey.
4. Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on sales, team productivity, and customer feedback.
Implement corrective actions to meet or exceed set targets.
5. Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
6-8 years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership role.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in the local language (Telugu or relevant local dialect) is mandatory.
Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Salary:

  • Operational Management:
    • Proficiency in overseeing day-to-day operations of an experience center and implementing strategies to improve footfall and the overall customer journey.
  • Performance Focus:
    • Skilled in monitoring KPIs, preparing performance reports, and taking corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluency in the local language (Telugu or relevant dialect) to effectively engage with the target audience.
  • Experience:
    • 6-8 years of B2C sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing teams and driving results.
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Adaptability and Initiative:
    • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment and continuously seeking opportunities to improve team and customer experiences.
