Location: Hyderabad (Telugu Speaker Preferred, Ideally from Hyderabad)

We are expanding our presence and looking for a Medical Learning Consultant to guide aspiring healthcare professionals on their journey to working and settling abroad. This role is based at our Hyderabad Experience Centre (Ameerpet) and requires inside sales expertise along with lead generation through ATL/BTL activities.

What You ll Do:

Guide & Advise Healthcare Professionals: Help doctors, pharmacists, nurses, dentists, and physiotherapists understand global licensing exams, study abroad options, and career pathways. Assist them in choosing the best course for securing a job and residency abroad.

Inside Sales & Lead Conversion: Engage with walk-in prospects at our Hyderabad office, explain our programs, and convert leads into enrollments.

Seminars & Webinars: Conduct impactful career guidance sessions at medical, pharmacy, dentistry, and physiotherapy colleges to generate leads.

Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and healthcare institutions to drive enrollments.

Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy: Convert inquiries into sales through effective counseling, presentations, and negotiation.

ATL/BTL Marketing & Outreach: Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to attract more professionals.

Engage Decision-Makers: Work closely with college principals, deans, and academic leaders to establish strong partnerships.

Travel & Close Deals: Visit institutions when needed to expand business opportunities and partnerships.

What We re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Physiotherapy, or a related healthcare field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 0-5 years in sales, counseling, EdTech, healthcare education, or institutional sales.

Inside Sales & Lead Conversion Skills: Ability to convince and convert walk-in inquiries into enrollments.

Presentation & Negotiation Skills: Confidence in conducting seminars, webinars, and one-on-one counseling sessions.

Strategic & Target-Oriented Approach: Ability to plan, execute, and achieve revenue goals.

Communication Skills: Strong Telugu and English proficiency for effective engagement with local and national candidates.

Willingness to Travel: While primarily an inside sales role, some travel may be required for seminars, college visits, and promotional events.
