Product Head (2-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Product Head for our Enterprise Mobile App startup - MobCast

MobCast is an HR Tech Startup. Our vision is to make 'work enjoyable' for employees globally.

Leveraging technology, our aim is to create a People OS with which can plug in micro products that makes life easy, productive, meaningful and happy for people.

Role & Responsibility :

- Think, Execute & Ship - iconic products. Iterate .

- Hire / Train / Lead a 'Team A' of enthusiastic, sharp and brilliant programmers/product managers

- Responsible for Architecting new products

- Manage complete life cycle of the products

Looking for candidates :

- Entrepreneurial

- Strong Understanding of Technology

- Driven by Designs

- Ability to hire/train and create leaders

- Previous Experience of leading a Tech Team would be an 'icing on the cake'
