Job Description
- Lead product development team at GI to produce technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.
- Responsible for setting, prioritizing and evaluating the work scope which matches product vision and client needs.
- Understand market, user behavior and ideate product technical requirements
- Ensures that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks
- Provides backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories
- Participate in client meetings, solicit feedback on products and services.
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, QA, product owner or UX designer/architect
- Good understanding of UI/UX design.
- Experienced in writing user stories, business requirements
- Competency with project management, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status
- Excellent organisation and outstanding communication skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possesses leadership qualities
