Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  
• Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and verify documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Identify potential risks and escalate them to senior management for further action when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a similar role (customer service/relationship management).
  
• Strong understanding of home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), NBFC regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/in-person.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
