Job Description


Role & responsibilities

Branch Patrolling/Controlling

A. To Ensure all branches with in region must be open in time and Daily MIS should be reported to HO regarding Branch opening time & Nos of Employee present at each branch in morning.

B. Daily Conversation to at least 5 BH/DBI to have feedback of admin issue or any admin support requirement.
C. Keep Daily update if any change of BH/DBI of any branch within region.


Coordination for New Premises under -New/Shifting/Extension
A. Souring of New Premises,
B. Finalization of Term and Condition of company with Proposed Landlord and get proposal letter with required document.
C. Process for Management Approval and Agreement execution with LL
D. Coordination to get complete branch infra work and other Local Compliance certification.


Coordination between branch and HO to ensure
A. All Payment of branches to be clear in time.
B. Timely updation of branch contact details to HO Data & Website.
C. Coordination with Landlord for Agreement Renewal, to Collect Monthly GST Bill on Rent (if any) to make timely payment of Rent.
D. Joining formalities of Facility Staff (Office Boy) and Monthly Attendance report to be collect from branches and report to HO.


Introduction/Training to New or Existing BH/DBI regarding
A. To keep aware for structure & Role of Admin Department and Contact person details.
B. To keep aware for compliance need to maintain in branches.
C. To keep aware for document/register need to maintain at branches.
D. To Keep aware for claim process of recurring expenses of branches.
E. To keep reconcile and maintain Fixed Asset Register

Ensure Zero downtime of Branch infra and ensure to keep all Asset/Branch infra to be repair on time.

Visit to branches of region at least once in year.


Vendor Sourcing, Tie-Up, Evaluation, for various Admin related work within region
A. Repair and Maintenance of Chairs, Furniture, Plumbing, Air conditioning, Electrical etc.
B. New Procurement for Inverter, UPS, Batteries, Cooler, AC, Office Stationery, Crockery, etc.
C. Compliance Vendor for Professional Tax Certificate, Shop and Establishment Certificate.
