Project Manager - Web Development Firm (4-6 yrs)

Job Overview:

As the Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our website development projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including website builders, designers, developers, and content creators, to deliver high-quality websites that meet and exceed client expectations. A key aspect of this role is the integration of SEO best practices into our development process, enhancing our clients' online visibility and driving organic traffic. You will also leverage technology and AI to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination:

- Oversee the entire website development lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final delivery and launch.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.

- Conduct regular project meetings and reviews to track progress, identify risks, and address issues.

- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.

Team Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with website builders, designers, developers, and content teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.

SEO Integration & Optimization:

- Integrate SEO best practices into the website development process, ensuring websites are optimized for search engines.

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform website content and structure.

- Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, headings, and content optimization.

- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

Process Improvement & Efficiency:

- Implement and leverage technology and AI tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project workflows and productivity.

- Develop and maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the development process.

- Conduct regular project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance & Client Satisfaction:

- Ensure all projects meet our quality standards and client expectations.

- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to identify and resolve any defects or issues.

- Gather client feedback and incorporate it into project improvements.

- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate and present regular project reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.

- Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management within the web development industry.

- Strong understanding of website development, design, and technical integration.

- Experience with SEO and its role in enhancing website visibility.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in our Goa office whenever required.
