 What will you do:
1. Team Supervision and Leadership: *Supervise and manage a team of operations staff, ensuring they meet performance targets. *Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to improve individual and team performance. *Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team workload and performance to ensure efficient operations. *Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
 2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: *Monitor daily operations and track key performance indicators (KPIs). *Assist in preparing reports on team performance, and identifying areas for improvement. *Work with the operations manager to implement strategies based on performance data and feedback.
3. Process Improvement: *Help identify and implement process improvements within the team to increase efficiency and effectiveness. *Participate in the development of best practices and standard operating procedures. *Identify bottlenecks or issues in operations and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
4. Quality Control: *Ensure that the team adheres to quality standards and operational guidelines. *Review processes regularly to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. *Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that affect quality or productivity.
5. Training and Development: *Lead and facilitate team training sessions to ensure skill development and adherence to operational procedures. *Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance and progress. *Ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and tools to perform their roles effectively. Collaboration and Communication: *Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, conveying important information. *Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication. *Collaborate with other departments to align operations goals with company objectives.
 6. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: *Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members or other departments. *Make decisions quickly and effectively, particularly during busy or high-pressure times.
7. Escalate issues to higher management when necessary. Health and Safety Compliance: *Ensure team members follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. *Regularly review safety protocols and encourage adherence to safety practices.
 8.Customer Satisfaction: *Ensure that the team delivers high-quality service to internal or external customers. *Respond to customer complaints or concerns that may arise from operational activities.

 What are we looking for -

 Graduate/MBA with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
Good Communication & presentation skills
