What will you do:
 1. Operational Planning and Strategy: * Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives. * Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of operational activities with company priorities.
 2. Team Management: * Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. * Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for staff. * Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.
3. Budget and Resource Management: * Prepare and manage budgets for operational activities. Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of equipment, facilities, and human resources.
4. Process Improvement: *Analyze and identify areas for operational improvements. Develop and implement process optimization strategies. Implement best practices in operations management to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Quality Assurance: * Monitor operational processes to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. * Identify and resolve issues related to quality control or customer service.
 6. Risk Management: *Identify potential risks in operations and develop strategies to mitigate them. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
 7. Reporting and Analysis: *Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of operations. *Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
8. Supplier and Vendor Management: *Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. *Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
9. Customer Satisfaction: *Oversee the customer experience to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. *Resolve operational issues affecting customer service. Cross-Functional Collaboration: *Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, HR) to ensure operational goals are aligned with overall company objectives. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

What are we looking for-

Bachelors degree with 6 years of working experience with same field. Proven experience in operations management or similar roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
