Brief about the Team

Tata 1mg partners with various hospitals and healthcare providers to provide medication and healthcare services to patients which may include pharmacy services such as medication dispensing, compounding, and counseling. This team manages to provide medications directly to patients at the hospital (bed side) or delivering medications to  patients' homes after they are discharged from the hospital.

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the accurate calculation of sales incentives, managing item recall processes, conducting monthly full stock audits, and coordinating with internal teams for item code creation and mapping. This role will also involve performing pricing and margin analysis to support decision-making and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Incentive Calculations:

Calculate monthly incentives for pharmacy teams based on performance metrics.

Ensure accurate tracking of sales data and incentive qualification.

Coordinate with finance and HR for timely disbursement of incentives.

Item Recall Process:

Manage and monitor product recalls in collaboration with quality assurance and supply chain teams.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the proper removal of recalled items from inventory.

Monthly Full Stock Audits and Reconciliation:

Lead monthly full stock audits (virtually), including physical inventory counts and system reconciliations.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock levels, ensuring alignment between physical and system inventories.

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and improve accuracy.

Coordination with Catalogue Team for Item Code Creation and Mapping:

Collaborate with the Catalogue team to create new item codes and ensure accurate mapping in the system.

Address any discrepancies in item codes and mapping that may affect inventory accuracy or reporting.

Pricing and Margin Analysis:

Perform regular pricing analysis to ensure products are competitively priced while maintaining desired profit margins.

Provide recommendations on pricing strategies based on market trends and internal cost analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in inventory management, pricing analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and item code management.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with occasional travel to client site or fulfilment centers
