Immediate Job Opening For Transplant Coordinator @ MIOT Hospitals.

Role & responsibilities :

1. Educating patients and families about various treatment options and answering any questions they may have.

2. Evaluating living donors and recipients and coordinating post-transplant follow-up.

3. Plans and coordinates in-hospital transplant services, solicits organ donors.

4. Communicates with donors, patients, and health team members to ensure comprehensive documentation, including informed consent of potential organ donor and transplant recipient

5. Coordinates in-hospital services and counsels recipient and donor to alleviate anxieties and assist recipient and donor throughout procedure.

6. Will act as SPOC for the patient and the donor or donor's family.

7. To facilitate the process of organ donation and transplantation.

Preferred candidate profile

-Any Graduation with Certificate in Transplant Counseling preferred

-Good Communication & PR Skills. Empathetic. Ability to convenience and work under pressure.

- Willing to work in Flexible shifts.

- Male Candidates from in and around Chennai Are Preferred .

- Educational Qualification: MSW

- Minimum Experience : 2 to 5 years
