Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and foster growth. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in infrastructure fit out knowledge, commercial pricing, good connects in fit out industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to increase in revenue and margin.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain a robust client pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
Regular market survey to analyze upcoming brands requirement & existing brands activities.
2.Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers(commercial heads & project heads) and stakeholders.
Conduct presentations and show project achievements to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
3.Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the projects team to enhance commercial offerings based on client needs and market demands.
4.Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the projects team to develop best arc pricing to improve the revenue-margin ratio as per market standard.
Participate in vendors meet and encourage to achieve sales target with company objectives.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecast.
5.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams & external stake holders and always bridge the gap for smooth transactions and project closure.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in Infrastructure & Project Fit out Industry.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as and when required.
