Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

  • Partnership Development Identify, engage, and onboard partners (e.g., fintech platforms, e-commerce providers) for embedded finance solutions. Establish and maintain strong partnerships to integrate financial services.

  • Strategic Sourcing Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners. Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Market Research Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activities. Identify new opportunities within the embedded finance ecosystem.

  • Integration Oversight Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure seamless financial service integrations into partner platforms.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with product, legal, compliance, and technical teams to align on partnership terms and implementation.

  • Performance Monitoring Track and evaluate the success of partnerships and financial products. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.

  • Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth operations and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Revenue Growth Drive revenue through embedded partnerships and ensure financial products success on partner platforms.


Preferred candidate profile:


  1. Educational Background
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

2. Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or embedded finance.
  • Expertise in the fintech industry and knowledge of embedded finance solutions.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing successful partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience integrating financial products into third-party platforms is a plus.

3. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with technical, product, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue targets.

4. Technical Acumen

  • Familiarity with financial services platforms and embedded finance technology.
  • Understanding of product integration and platform operations.

5. Behavioral Traits

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
