Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assigning collection tasks to phlebotomists, resolving their queries, maintaining data in Excel, and working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Phlebotomy Coordination:

Assign collection tasks to phlebotomists based on schedules and locations.

Monitor and ensure timely completion of collections.

2. Query Resolution:

Address and resolve phlebotomist queries related to collections.

Act as a liaison between phlebotomists and the operations team.

3. Data Management:

Maintain and update collection data accurately in Excel.

Prepare and share MIS reports as required by the management.

4. Shift Flexibility:

Work in rotational shifts between 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS.

Proficient in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering quick solutions.

Organizational skills with attention to detail.

Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
