ZS Decision Analytics Associate Interview Questions, Process, and Tips for Freshers

The ZS Cognitive Assessment has a total duration of 52 minutes but it is divided into 5-6 different timed sections. It includes basic aptitude questions like matching the pattern, count the number of shapes, permutation and combinations questions.

1 hour online Case Study round followed by a 30 minute Case Debrief round with a panel member (usually a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant from ZS). You'll get a case study with some quantitative and qualitative questions and the required data in the form of plots and tables and you have to answer them as well as upload your approach taken to solve quantitative questions. In interview with the panelist, they will discuss your approach in the case study thoroughly and ask you questions based on your approach. They can also ask questions like why do you want to join ZS?

The aptitude test had around 4 to 5 sections with
Second 1: Basic puzzles need to be solved as many as possible in limited time
Section 2: Quants questions
Section 3: Estimate questions - Data statements would be given and we need to guesstimate the number
Statement 3: VARC questions.

Business case study would be given with 4 to 5 questions pertaining to it. We would need to solve the MCQ and also upload the PDF copy of our answers an calculations.
