Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I really don't know why the recruiters are holding candidature profile? My interview (Digital Marketing profile) went well everything was smooth. But, they don't have any correct information regarding holding profile. I sent email as well but no one reply me. After 7 days, I called HR to know the current status he said, he doesn't have exact information why my profile is on hold and still finding another candidates. I don't think so it has any ethics to do. If really think my profile is not suitable then they must give all related data about the negative points. Not happy with interview process! It seems that they are finding who has great experience and comfortable with less CTC. If you really have any vacant position then and then take an interview, don't do just for formality...

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had VC with co founder In July then HR asked me to visit office to have one on one communication with co founder on July 22. I had to wait for an hour then i had my conversation after then i didn't get any response. Also i see that same job was listed again on LinkedIn. In August first week i received call from HR that Director want to communicate with me. Interview as scheduled and i had to wait for two weeks as Director was occupied. After every round level of question get downgraded. However in 3rd week of august HR asked to shared my accomplishments proof like certificates and trophies. I shared all with him and after couples of days he ask my expectation that i shared already. After that i didn't get anything from them. Almost 1 month they took after no clarity was there in process and in questions.

Apart from this Please don’t join Jagdeep Singh's (Delivery Head) Gurgoan team. He is so cunning and cruel mentality First of all he should learn some basic English. I don’t know how IRI management hire Jagdeep as DH for Gurgaon location wrong person with cheap mentality. Under Jagdeep leadership no one stays more than 1 month or 3 Months in IRI fIRM. I want to mention few employee names like Ashi Khandelwala Delivery Lead working in IRI for More than 10 years - she is fit for nothing in IRI she plays role call politics very well she every time says lies form her mouth she can’t digest once growing in the organisation. Recruiters like Pooja Nigam, Cherag, Nogtin, this ppl are the favourites of Jagdeep if the new commer join in IRI if they doesn’t like that new joiners Jagdeep will play game that give negative feedback upon new joiner this cheap tricks they play. Mostly in IRI employees come to work for complaint on others rather than concentrating on their own business. (they need Chatuwala employees to IRI not hardworking employees.

Other person Indu Dubey she is SME - She always behave like she knows everything in this world. Indu Change you behavioural attributes and spoke to the employees in good manner.

I have never seen this kind of Bakwas company ever in my tenure.
