Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I sent a formal message (in the form of a Cover Letter) to a Senior Actuarial Manager of WNS on Linked In who in reply asked me to send Resume.
Tips: Prepare a good resume (1-2 Page Max) and brief cover letter (2-3 Lines). Believe me, here the first impression is the last impression. Try to be as apt and accurate in your words as the reviewer is not looking for the whole story of your life. There as various links online from which you can get various good resume formats.

Round: Other Interview
Experience: After few days i got a call from the company HR. During the conversation, she tried to test my communication skills, my determination/commitment to get the job and my Salary expectations.
Tips: Prepare appropriately for a telephonic interview, decide what are you going to speak in advance, as well as your salary expectations in advance. Negotiate as much as you can in case of Salary, Location, Relocation expense as this might be your first and last chance for this.

Round: Test
Experience: Similar to CAT exam, was given a sheet with various MCQ's containing the sections i mentioned above. This round is to check how accomplished you have been in your studies.
Tips: Try to think as fast as possible. Practice alot using the CAT exam material.
Duration: 1 hour
Total Questions: 30

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: In this round the interviewer tried to ask the technical questions related to Actuarial Science. For example, my interview was for the Life Insurance Actuarial analyst position. So they asked me questions from subject CT 5. Also they test the software skills which we have mentioned in our CV/Resume.
Tips: Be prepared with the summary of the material which you have read in past. Try to improve your software skills.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: I would say it is a formality interview. It consists of Salary Disclosure, Location confirmation and the Joining Date.
Tips: Be confident and a good listener.
