Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The company didn't hire any ECE applicants as they didn't have much knowledge about core ECE. As company expected core ECE knowledge from ECE applicants. Out of 27 shortlisted students after the online Coding round, 4 students were extended a final offer(all 4 were CSE Grads). Bagging a job at Carrier Corp. is easy for a CSE Grad. you need basic knowledge about Core CSE Subjects (like: OOPS, Networking, OS, little bit about DBMS), should know your resume well, and knowledge of basic DSA Concepts as in the interview company will not ask to hardcode and will not ask you deep in any of the subject/topic.
