Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please DO NOT join this shit company, its not HR job but a BPO, you should call 100 candidates every day. Incase if you fail to shortlist a candidate on a particular day, that day is treated as loss of payment. Incase if you fail to make 3 joiners in 3 months, they will fire you.
There is no work life balance, no work from home for emergency situations. No leave if you dont make a joiner. If you don't reach office on time, its LOP. There are too much office politics, they dont allow you to use your mobile or talk to your colleagues in your spare time. Employees are treated based on their standard of living.
Girls are not allowed to leave early in case if they fail to shortlist a candidate. They are not given work from home when they are sick once in a month. Basically here employees are not treated as humans, but as cheap machines that call countless candidates every day.
