There are too much office politics, they dont allow you to use your mobile or talk to your colleagues in your spare time. Employees are treated based on their standard of living.
Girls are not allowed to leave early in case if they fail to shortlist a candidate. They are not given work from home when they are sick once in a month. Basically here employees are not treated as humans, but as cheap machines that call countless candidates every day.
