Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you are looking for sales profile don't join VERZEO. Why?? What is the problem??
They have some fixed salary and incentives. That is fine every one do the same.
But major problem with this company is that they didn't give you even your fixed salary if you will not achieve the target.
They will put you 2 hours extra and talk to you like a criminal.
No this is not the way bro, If any fresher coming to you for his career, motivate him, if he is approaching but not achieved the target, it's fine he is a fresher give him some time. But what you do you just demotivate and deducted the fixed salary also, now he will never achieve the target with the way you think.
Please stop calling them to call references, this is most boring things you do and seriously you forced to sell the product.
If not required by anyone no need still you sell them, that's create the negativity about your company. You only sell the things, try to take trust of the people sell will automatically come.
