Had to experience the worst manager " Jagruti" who only like boys in her team and hate women , she wanted to bring her old team members into product team so she forced to that extent that i had to leave the organisation. The is not shift time in unext Noida office ,they don't care you had your meal not ,they will not give you a lunch,if you hv not given any number,manager behaviour is so worst ,they showing that they caring but actual they are exploiting employees,no shift timing ,no week off during interview they will say they will give you this and that but after joing they only care about the number of sales and your Target,worst ambience of Noida office!...Read More

There is nothing to like about this place. Apart from going on some vacational trips to Sikkim and Jaipur in name of demo.

The team is riddled with politics, those who fawn over the VP-Product and engineering advance up the ladder without contributing meaningfully, while the rest are left to follow ever changing vague instruction. Management is indifferent to the ongoing attrition within 3 months, the entire old team has left, and the management don't even bother to check why the attrition is super high which is quite alarming. If you see any old product employees stay you know what they would have done to be there. To survive in this team, be ok with manual support work, you need to be toxic, demeaning, flattering towards your boss, ok with screaming. And don't be surprised if HR does nothing about it, because they are the people who does maximum gossips, dude they even stalk you LinkedIn which is super hilarious. It's a place with no scope or growth, the product they are trying to build has not future, as UNext is a "la-la" enterprise where the profit seems to be elusive....Read More
