Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The whole interview process was that I had my audio and video on while the person on the other end doesn't want his video to be enabled. Then why is it an interview where you have been told to keep your camera on?. The way questions were asked from the beginning was very general and there wasn't any depth to any discussion but at the end the interviewer says that you can follow up with the H.R. Just after the interview I called the HR but she never bothered to answer the call. I don't know how a group like SKF can be so irresponsible. A simple no can be make one person have that closure but I believe the top Hr of this organisation doesn't feel good about transperency.
